Meet Our Pastor
Coming to Christ in 1997, I found within me a new desire to share with as many who would listen the good news of this Salvation. The first 15 years of my walk with Christ was highlighted by taking the Gospel to my friends, to youth groups, around the neighborhood, and to other countries.
During those years, God blessed me with the opportunity to receive formal training through Bible College and Seminaries. Along with academic learning, the opportunity to be discipled and mentored by men of faith was presented. Under these men I witnessed and learned how to live by faith. They taught me how to seek the Lord in prayer and how to practically consider HIS word in everyday life.
During this early season of my faith God blessed me with a wife, Allison and three daughters Abby, Kyndal, and Anna Claire. Allison and I have been married since 2001. We have had the opportunity to serve as the pastor of five congregations in our journey. Currently, being privileged to be a part of Hardin’s Chapel Bible Church.
Since 2012 the ministry God has called me to has focused more on helping fellow believers grow in their faith. The preaching is aimed to be about life application with conformity to Jesus Christ at the root. I believe life is about daily surrender and yielding myself to the person, work, word, and authority of Christ. Out of this focus, missions, outreach to community, evangelism, and caring for the church family is fueled!
One cannot grow in their faith and be negligent of other believers needs, the taking of the gospel or supporting the gospel to be taken to the lost, the local community in which the church is positioned, and the making of disciples who make disciples. If you desire a church family and a pastor that cares about your personal walk with Jesus Christ and development in your faith, then may I suggest Hardin’s Chapel as one of those churches.
